“Hey everybody, this is Scott Theaman talking to you about how to develop your business and market effectively.

Today I’m going to tell you about the 7 Figure Psych Program. And the 7 Figure Psych Program is really our flagship program for mental health providers, for TMS providers, for ketamine clinics. And here’s how it works. 7 Figure Psych is that three phase process. Phase number one, we need to attract new patients. Phase number two, we need to schedule new patients effectively. And then phase number three, we need to enroll them into care. So here’s how it works. On the marketing end, we use video to tell the story. Remember people don’t understand what TMS and ketamine is for the most part. So we need video to tell an effective story and give them a compelling reason to get started with you.

Next, we run an offer and the offer gets them to give you their information, their name, their phone number, their email and some information. And then finally we follow up with them. We follow up with them to reinforce their decision with text message, with more video and with email. And the video and the text message really helps them to understand that they’ve made the right choice. It reinforces that, hey, you putting in your information, you getting into this world of ours, that’s the best thing that you can do for yourself and for your health.

Phase two is the scheduling. Phase two and three are kind of combined, the scheduling and the conversion. And so what I realized is why were 20% of the businesses collecting 80% of the revenue. And I became really obsessed with trying to crack this code. And what I realized is, there’s no business training in medical school unfortunately. And so out of necessity, we created a program called the Art of Converting New Patients.
