TMS COMMITMENT

“Hey, everybody. This is Scott Theaman talking to you about developing your business and marketing effectively. And first of all, I just want to congratulate and give you guys some praise. TMS and Ketamine, what you guys are doing, you’re blazing a trail for what the standard of mental health care will be in the future. And now with that comes many second order consequences. So I just want to get the message across the importance of the commitment, the commitment of developing your business, developing your team, and having an effective marketing strategy.

Let’s start with marketing strategy. We need to tell an effective story so that we capture leads and capture interest and awareness the correct way. Because people are going to have all these preconceived notions about Ketamine. They’re going to have all this preconceived, what the heck is this crazy TMS machine? So we need to tell a story and do it in a compelling and effective way.

Next, we need to keep that consistent throughout. We need to have our team developed so that we know how to handle people. We’re dealing with people who are suffering from mental health conditions. You guys know how it is. So we need to have a team that’s well-prepared, well-trained, while scripted, all of that.

And above all, I just want to get the message across that there needs to be a commitment to making this happen. There needs to be a commitment to developing the team. There needs to be a commitment to developing the marketing. And when you commit, everything else will fall into place. And when you commit to these things, you can have massive success and massive patient outcomes in your business in 2020 and beyond.
