“Hey everybody, this is Scott Theaman talking to you about how to develop your business and market effectively, and today we’re going to talk about the client journey. Just like we’re putting your patients through a patient journey, when a client comes on board with us, we have a client journey so that the expectations are set clearly and that timelines and deadlines are met.
Okay. Here’s how it works. Number one, access. Access to your Facebook, access to your Google, and then we onboard new to our communication system. Number two, assets. This is pictures, logos, video content, anything you have. We need to get that so that we can market you. Okay. Number three is begin our training program, art of converting new patients. You actually enroll for that right away, and you and your staff can start making use of the program before we even start running ads just by taking advantage of the scripts, the frameworks, and the mindset training in the program.
Number four, we’re going to do your magazine call where we interview you. We put you on the cover of your own brochure style magazine, and then we get that rolling. Number five, your new website goes live in your third to fourth week. Again, as long as you’re getting us all the content and the access. Please make sure you do that on time because when you follow the timelines, we can execute on time, so that’s number five. Number six at around day 30, we are launching your campaigns, your Google ads, your Facebook ads, and your SEO. Now, you are officially live.
Step seven, it is time to follow up. You got to follow up on the new patient opportunities and you’ve got to number eight, schedule them. Here’s where your scripts are printed out, your frameworks are printed out, you’ve gone through the course and you’ve made your value stack sheet and you’re calling people, following the script and then you’re scheduling them. Step nine, now they’re in the office and now you get to enroll and convert them into a new patient.
Finally, step 10, asking for referrals. Asking for referrals is the best way to grow your business, so there it is. Just like we have a patient journey for your patients, we have a client journey for you and how we make this work for you.
