“Hey Magventure customers. If you have a Magventure device and you want to get more TMS patients into your Magventure TMS program, listen up because this video is for you. So I’m going to show you how to get new TMS patients. It’s very simple. It’s a three step process that we use, and I recommend that you guys use as well. Number one, we need to attract them to you. We use video to tell a compelling story. Think about it. If someone’s brand new and they see this crazy, freaky device, you’re going to blow your odds at helping them because you don’t know how to tell an effective story or get the message across effectively. That’s what we need to do, first. The second thing we need to do… See a lot of people think just, Oh, I just need good marketing and I’ll be good.
No, you need a good business and you’ll be good. So the second part of the system that we implement with you guys is attraction or, no. The second part of the system that we implement with you guys is scheduling. So now that you have the marketing that tells the proper story in the proper way, we need to schedule and get them in. How do we do that?
We need to create a connection. We need to act fast and we need to get them excited for their appointment. There’s a great saying that goes, sell the sizzle, not the steak. So I can’t tell you how many phone calls we’ve listened to. And people are trying to sell the steak, the hamburger, everything. And the truth is you’ll have a lot more success if you’re just selling the sizzle to get them in the door. And then once they’re in the door, step three is you need a process to convert them into care.
It needs to be predictable. It needs to be consistent, and it needs to be scalable across different doctors, NPs, staff members, people who are helping to help people to make the decision to say, “Yes, I want to do that.” Helping them to cross over that line. So it needs to be a systemized way to do that. The questions you ask, the strategic choreography in the office, walking them from the console room to the machine, whatever it may be.
So all this is very important and all of this needs to be calculated and designed. Just like how the process is very scientific with what’s happening with TMS. It’s a very scientific process with the marketing and then the business growth as well. So if you take that same approach, you’re going to have massive success. So it’s that simple.
