We’ll kick off with an interactive form to gather all the details needed to build your campaign. We’ll also set up your CRM account, get access to your Facebook, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and more, and introduce you to our Training Academy (including “Art of the Consult” and “Power Partners” resources).
Inside the Training Academy, you’ll get access to exact scripts, white-labeled sales presentations, and more resources that help with the main reason we’re here: drive revenue and more patients.
Call 2: Industry Insider Call (45 mins – 1 Hour)
We’ll dive into your office operations with a SWOT analysis, helping you systemize your business using our “Art of the Consult” framework to ensure you’re ready for growth.
You’ll meet with a vertical-specific Industry Insider, and they’ll share with you practical action items to help you make your business more successful.
Please note: your first Industry Insider call is on us! Then you can work with the Insider independently from Beyond Marketing.
Call 3: Website Call (1 Hour)
This is where we capture your vision and bring your website to life.
We’ll set a 4-8 week timeline for this step, and your involvement is critical to get it right, your input shapes the result! Make sure to get revisions back to us quickly. The quicker you are, the quicker we can deliver!
We’ll also do all the technical work; interlinking, on-page SEO, title tags, etc. Several calls are made over the course of your website build.
Call 4: Launch Call (1 Hour)
We’ll review your ad campaigns and CRM setup with you, walk through an example, and set your campaign LIVE, ready to start fielding new leads.

Ongoing Success Calls (30 – 45 mins)
After the launch, we’ll have regular check-ins to review ad campaigns, CRM actions (like response time and appointment booking rates), optimize your marketing campaigns, and ensure steady growth.
Remember, you have access to all info in real time inside your CRM, so it’s simple to see the health of your marketing and sales efforts at a single glance.
