Before we chat, I want to be real about some of the risks that come with any marketing investment. Working with us isn’t a magic bullet, and there are risks. Here’s the unfiltered truth about what you’re signing up for and why it may still be the smartest move you’ll make for your business. But you decide. I’m just being real.

My goal is to set super clear expectations for working with us. Sound good? Here we go:

Risks of Working With Beyond Marketing

It Takes Time

Don’t expect a flood of patients by next week. Month 1 is all about setup, auditing your current marketing, building a HIPAA-compliant CRM, and crafting ads that hit your ideal patients (depression, PTSD, anxiety). Website buildout takes time and several meetings.

By Week 3 or 4, we “turn the lights on,” ads are published, and traffic will start flowing to your funnel. If you provide a customer list, we can do reactivation campaigns (SMS and email campaigns) outside of the standard marketing. This can get a lot of inbound hits quickly, but in general, if you want instant gratification, we’re not for you.

Paid Ads Require Testing & Optimization

Marketing isn’t set-it-and-forget-it. We test ad copy, landing pages, and audiences to find what works best for driving the most high-intent traffic at the best possible cost.

Cost Per Lead Varies

Speaking of costs, they’re not fixed. One week, you might get leads for $30; another, $70. It depends on the platform (Google vs. Meta), audience, and market competition.

We track every penny and make adjustments weekly to drive costs down, but if you’re looking for a flat price, you’ll be disappointed. The payoff? Patients who book, not just clicks and BS vanity metrics. There are plenty of jokesters who offer that!

Your Staff Might Push Back
