This year’s annual retreat focused on cross training across departments. Building a successful company means everyone having clearly defined roles, responsibilities, requirements and results. Clarity bring cohesion to a team and cohesion bring results.

As a remote company, there are many pros and cons. We have freedom, flexibility, but with that, complexity and the need for deep processes, and nuances clearly outlined.

The team was able to come together, reenergize, reinvigorate and take that momentum forward with us in our work for the first quarter of 2022. And of course, have a lot of fun 🤩

Plus, we’re working on a new project that will create massive awareness around TMS and ketamine, industry-wide (stay tuned).

What and exciting time for #TMSTherapy and #Ketamine treatment. As mental health becomes more and more prominent, the leaders in the field who help push the message forward about these miraculous alternative treatment blaze a trail that hasn’t been mapped yet.

But with that risk, there is also enormous reward and gratification. I’ve seen firsthand how TMS Therapy and Ketamine Infusion therapy is helping transform the lives of THOUSANDS of patients and providers…
